Sandy has worked in small to medium size business for over 25 years and loved them all.  She was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to Minnesota in 1994.  Sandy worked in the Broker/Dealer arena as a HR Director and managed several departments.  This is where she started using Goldmine and learned how important a great CRM can really help your business.  Her second job in Minnesota was working with ActionCOACH Business Coaching & Training, where she really dug into all aspects of small to medium size businesses.  Sandy loves to Coach and Train in all areas of business.  She is a very detail oriented person and will follow your progress to the very end.  Her unique ability is  building relationships, and she truly is a people person.  Sandy is happy 98 percent of the time the other 2 percent wondering how to get back to 98.

Sandy has used Goldmine for over 16 years and she is truly passionate about what she sells, using Goldmine in her daily business.  Sandy started working for Active Innovations in 2009, as a Account Manager.  Sandy LOVES helping Business Owners get started in their CRM projects. 

Sandy lives in Mound with her husband Doug and she has three Children and one granddaughter Olivia.  She now has an empty nest, and loves to travel.  In her free time, Sandy loves to fish and go to the family cabin in Wisconsin.  She is a true a Minnesota Viking Fan!
